Kurral Security Scanner is a security analysis tool that scans AI agents and conversation logs for potential vulnerabilities. The Service includes:

• Web-based URL scanning for publicly accessible AI agents
• Upload-based analysis of conversation logs
• CLI tool for local security scanning
• Security reports and badges

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Scan systems or agents you do not own or have permission to test
• Use the Service to attack, exploit, or compromise any system
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
• Upload malicious content intended to harm our systems
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Authorization Required

Important: You must have explicit authorization to perform security scans on any AI agent or system. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary permissions to conduct security testing on any URL or system you submit for scanning.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Scan results will detect all vulnerabilities
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Results are suitable for compliance or certification purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurral Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Kurral Security and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Security badges generated by the Service may be used on your websites and documentation to indicate your security scan status.

8. Rate Limits

Free usage of the Service is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access to users who exceed these limits or abuse the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
